Havre Police Department

A Tuesday 8:47 a.m. caller reported mail boxes were hit on 13th Street West.

Child Protective Services reported a juvenile status offense Tuesday at 9:32 a.m.

Lateisha Ganuelas of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, vandalism and trespass to property after a Second Street caller reported vandalism to a door on a trailer at 10:37 a.m. Tuesday.

Officers were asked Tuesday at 12:38 p.m. to provide assistance with a man causing a disturbance on an Amtrak train that would be arriving in Havre about 1 p.m.

A summons was issued after a juvenile status offense involving a vape was reported at Havre High School at 2:08 p.m. Tuesday.

--

A Third Street caller asked Tuesday at 2:23 p.m. to speak with an officer about a complaint.

--

Officers assisted a Seventh Street caller who reported Tuesday at 4:25 p.m. having trouble retrieving a package that was delivered to the wrong address.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after at 5:13 p.m. Tuesday caller reported a disturbance on First Street West.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a theft, forgery or fraud was reported Tuesday at 5:36 p.m. by someone who stopped at the police station.

--

Officers assisted Montana Highway Patrol Tuesday at 8:57 p.m. on 18th Avenue.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on First Avenue reported someone knocked on their door then tried to walk into the residence at 3:02 a.m. today.

--

Timothy Scott Bergren of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers initiated investigation of an individual in a vehicle on Fourth Street at 3:05 a.m. today. Bergren had been named as an involved party in at 2:47 a.m. report at the police station about an assault.

Josephine Arkinson of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after officers responded to a hold-up alarm at a First Street business at 4:02 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Tuesday at 5:51 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Tuesday.

Fire crews responded to two calls Tuesday: a request for assistance at 6:27 p.m. on the 1900 Block of Second Street West and a report of a smoke smell at 6:57 p.m. on the 1900 Block of Second Street West.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat of unknown gender, six male cats and five female cats. Six cats were also being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held nine mixed-breed dogs, a male 13-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male pit bull terrier, five 12-week-old mixed-breed puppies and six 6-week-old mixed breed puppies. Additionally, a male dog of mixed-breeding was being housed off-site.
