Havre Police Department

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a vandalism charge after a Tuesday 8:50 p.m. caller on Third Street reported a man in the yard who was refusing to leave.

Two arrests were made after a 13th Street West caller reported a burglary in progress at 4:21 a.m. Wednesday with the caller saying two people had broken the glass on the front screen door. No details on charges were provided in the dispatch log.

Wendy Lynn Casey of Choteau, 56, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and failure to stop for a traffic control signal after a vehicle stop on First Street Wednesday at 9:57 a.m.

Officers made an investigation after being asked Wednesday at 10:32 a.m. to assist someone with removing a woman from a Second Street location.

--

Officers investigated a complaint made Wednesday at 2:28 p.m. on 17th Street.

A Sixth Street caller asked Wednesday at 5:49 p.m. to speak with an officer about a prior domestic disturbance.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Tracy Lynn Eagleman of Havre, 34, was arrested on a criminal endangerment charge after calling Tuesday at 8:57 a.m. to say she would be traveling to Havre to turn herself in on a warrant, and a caller at the airport reported at 11:35 a.m. reported an unruly woman on an airplane.

Deputies were contacted at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the sheriff's office about a theft, forgery or fraud.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a theft, forgery or fraud Tuesday at 2:02 p.m.

A 13-year-old and a 14-year-old, both from Box Elder, were each issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at Box Elder School reported a disturbance Wednesday at 11:51 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to five calls Tuesday, five calls Wednesday and one call early this morning. Firefighters responded to a call Wednesday at 4:17 p.m. on the 800 Block of Fourth Street and found only smoke.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and one 3-week-old kitten, both of unknown gender, six male cats, six female cats and one female 7-month-old kitten. Another three cats were being held for the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held eight mixed-breed dogs, a male 15-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a male Chihuahua-Pomeranian cross, a male pit bull terrier, and a female and a male 14-week-old mixed-breed puppies. Additionally, five 7-week-old Australian shepherd puppies, a male mixed-breed dog and a female Australian shepherd dog were being housed off-site.
