A hit and run crash was reported on 11th Street West at 7:54 a.m. Monday, and in connection with this incident, at 9:02 a.m. a Smithville Road caller reported that a family member had stolen the caller's truck and wrecked it.

Officers notified public works of a road issue after several vehicles were reported stuck on the hill at 13th Street and Fifth Avenue at 7:56 a.m. Monday.

A Fourth Avenue caller reported Monday at 8:54 a.m. that a work truck had been damaged by a hit and run crash.
