HMS lists March students of the month

Havre Middle School's Sixth-Grade Student of the Month for March is Braylie Olmstead.

Braylie is the daughter of Alex and Sadie Olmstead. She has three siblings, Sophia, Allie, and Xander Olmstead.

Braylie plays the clarinet in the middle school band. She also strives to maintain a high GPA. Outside of school, she participates in soccer, softball and basketball. In her free time, she loves baking, reading and babysitting.

At HMS, Braylie is kind and extremely responsible. She is a hard worker and is balways on top of her assignments. Braylie is always polite and considerate to others around her. She is setting the standard for what an HMS student should strive to become.

In the future, Braylie plans to attend college at BYU.

March's Seventh-Grade Student of the Month at HMS is De'Shana Phillips.

De'Shana is the daughter of Jake and Gal Phillips. She has two sisters, Nevaeh and Adalee Philips.

De'Shana plays the flute in the middle school band. She also takes pride in her high GPA. Outside of school, De'Shana participates in track, cross-country, and tumbling. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the movies with her friends.

At Havre Middle School, De'Shana holds herself to a very high standard. She is driven to always do her best and challenges herself to do more. De'Shana is kind to others around her and makes our school a wonderful place to learn.

De'Shana aspires to attend the University of Montana and become a lawyer.

Lane Windy Boy is HMS's Eighth-Grade Student of the Month for March.

Lane is the son of Mose and Rose Windy Boy. He has one brother, Leo Windy Boy.

At school, Lane's favorite classes are Industrial Arts and Physical Education. He works hard in his classes to earn high grades. Outside of school, Lane loves fishing and hunting with his family. He also enjoys hanging out with friends.

At the middle school, Lane is well-mannered and courteous to all staff and students. These attributes make him a great role model for others to follow.

In the future, Lane is considering a career as a game warden.
