Havre Police Department

Randy David Faldalen of Havre, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after someone at Havre City Court reported Wednesday at 9:09 a.m. that a man needed to be transported to Hill County Detention Center.

A Havre area caller reported a temporary restraining order violation complaint Wednesday at 3:01 p.m.

A Wednesday 3:35 p.m. caller with Child Protective Services reported abuse and drugs in a home in Havre.

A summons was issued after a caller reported Wednesday at 5:26 p.m. that kids were throwing rocks at the windows of an abandoned building on 11th Street West. One of the juveniles attempted to hide in a tight space similar to a window well along the building, and officers called Havre Fire Department at 5:38 p.m. for help getting the juvenile out of the space. Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said a fire crew and ambulance dispatched to the scene only had to move a grate out of the way and lower a ladder into the hole to get the youth out. The youth was determined to be uninjured and turned over to police. Havre dispatch said this morning that the report was not complete, but confirmed that more than one juvenile was involved in the incident, though could not say which juvenile was issued the summons.

Sean Daniel Azure of Havre, 33, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and on a felony fugitive warrant out of Franklin County, Kansas, after a vehicle stop on Lincoln Avenue at 12:10 a.m. today.

Also during the 24-hour reporting period, two people reported dead deer in their yards, and authorities took care of the issues.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Angelina Marie Gunhammer of Havre, 33, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was found in a field off Second Street West at 6:42 p.m. The search for Gunhammer was in response to the referral of a 911 call the city received at 6:34 p.m. Wednesday in which the caller told dispatchers they had picked up a distraught female but were dropping her off at the sheriff's office.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to four calls Wednesday, including one in conjunction with a fire crew to the 100 Block of 11th Street West at 5:38 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one cat and two kittens, all of unknown gender, eight male cats and five female cats, along with one cat being held in the trap-neuter-release program.

The shelter also held nine mixed-breed dogs, a male 18-week-old mixed-breed puppy, a 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy and a 17-week-old shepherd puppy. Additionally, four 8-week-old shepherd puppies and a male mixed-breed dog were being housed off-site.
