Havre track places high at Gold Strike Invitational

Kyanna Jarvis was one of several Blue Ponies who placed at the Gold Strike Invitational Track Meet this past Saturday in Laurel. The HHS boys team took fourth in its meet while the HHS girls team finished fifth in its meet.
This past Saturday in Laurel, the Havre High track and field teams continued their season with the Gold Strike Invitational. At the meet, the HHS boys team took fourth while the HHS girls team finished fifth, so HHS head coach Kari Filius liked how the Blue Ponies performed.
"We did really well. We got some top three places and several first places and some fifth and sixth places. And kids got PRs," Filius said. "I thought we competed real well and did a good job."
