Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 56, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a Friday 3:03 p.m. caller on First Street West reported someone passed out in the in alley.

Officers assisted with a medical call on Sixth Street at 5:36 p.m. Friday.

A written or verbal warning was issued after a Friday 8:04 p.m. caller at a First Street establishment reported that a man urinated outside in front of people then entered a neighboring building.
