Hill County Electric Cooperative sets 78th Annual Meeting of Members

Hill County Electric Cooperative Inc. will be holding its 78th Annual Meeting of Members Saturday, May 13, 2023, at the Student Union Building on the campus of Montana State University-Northern in Havre. 

Members will be electing two trustees, one for District 2 and one for District 3. Voting may occur via mail or in person at the meeting. Registration begins at 9 a.m., the business meeting starts at 10 a.m. followed by lunch and prize drawings. 

Four “Luck of the Draw” scholarships will be awarded during the meeting for members and member dependents who are present at the meeting and will be attending college in the fall.  Transportation will be provided from the parking lots on campus to the Student Union Building.

Hill County Electric Cooperative was incorporated in 1945 and provides electric service to 2,383 members with over 3,944 meters over 3,081 miles of line in five north-central Montana counties. HCE is headquartered in Havre and provides master electrician services, an electrical supply warehouse, energy audits, electrical safety demonstrations and various scholarship and youth programs.
