Fair board holding meeting on bathrooms

The Great Northern Fair Board will be holding a special meeting Tuesday, May 9, at 5:30 p.m. at the fairgrounds’ Community Center to disscuss ways to address the fairgrounds’ western bathrooms.

For the past year the board has been attempting to find a way to replace these bathrooms, but at a meeting last month members of the board said the price tag on the project was so high that even if they canceled all other projects and spent every cent they had, they would still be well short of paying for the more-than-$200,000 project.
