The Hill County Commission put out a call for help providing food for the Hill County Detention Center during its weekly business meeting Thursday, and heard complaints about communication with the public.

During the public comments section of the meeting, Hill County Park Board member Lou Hagener said he believes the commission’s posting of agendas and vacancies on local boards and committees is insufficient.
