Havre Police Department

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after a juvenile with a vape pen was reported at Havre Middle School Friday at 8:28 a.m.

A caller at a First Street West business asked Friday at 9:02 a.m. to speak with an officer.

Linda Corena Gonyea of Havre, 58, was arrested on a vandalism charge after a caller at a First Street establishment reported Friday at 4:35 p.m. that a customer keyed another customer's car.

Someone stopped at the police station Friday at 4:40 p.m. to report a parenting plan violation.

--

A caller at 12th Avenue and 11th Street reported Friday at 6:09 p.m. that some kids kicked her cat.

Cameron Reid Taylor of Havre, 25, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants and a charge of no driver's license after a two-vehicle crash was reported on First Street West Friday at 6:44 p.m.

Officers investigated a Friday 11:47 p.m. report of suspicious activity involving someone taken to the hospital.

An arrest was made after a vehicle stop on Fourth Street at 2:09 a.m. Saturday. No details on charges were provided.

Mariana Bullchild of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault and unauthorized use of a vehicle after a Smithville Road caller reported at 6:23 a.m. Saturday that their daughter had wrecked the car, but they didn't know where.

Larissa Angelique Hawley of Havre, 19, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Smithville Road caller reported Saturday at 1:51 p.m. their daughter was being violent and breaking things.

A vehicle was reported hit at a First Street business while the owner was in the business Saturday at 2:48 p.m.

Saturday at 4:44 p.m. a driver reported hitting a deer on First Street West.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 70, was arrested on a charge of false report to law enforcement after reporting at a First Street establishment Saturday at 8:25 p.m. he got beat up.

Marta Lynn Allery of Havre, 44, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and no vehicle insurance after a vehicle stop on Seventh Avenue Saturday at 10:48 p.m.

Peter Douglas Azure of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, no vehicle insurance and driving under the influence, and Jerrod Legend Fourcolors of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a 1:17 a.m. Sunday vehicle stop on First Avenue West.

Kayden Avery Stephon Hay of Havre, 23, was arrested on a DUI, no vehicle insurance, open container violation and traffic crime after a vehicle stop on Main Street Sunday at 2:16 a.m. Hay was later arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a First Street Northeast caller reported at 7:26 a.m. that an upstairs neighbor was making noise and yelling.

Officers were asked Sunday at 8:47 a.m. to assist Blaine County Sheriff's Officer at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Leona Marie Chiefstick of Box Elder, 56, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a Sunday 1:42 p.m. caller asked for a welfare check on someone at the Amtrak station.

Gordon James Bacon of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a trespass to property charge and five Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a Third Avenue business reported someone left without paying for goods and services.

Megan Michelle Mountain of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on a charge of "other" after a caller at or near the post office reported an animal control issue with a dog at 3:09 p.m. Sunday.

Officers were asked Sunday at 4:40 p.m. at the police station for assistance with a parenting plan issue.

Dustin Chad Plentyhoops of Hardin, 44, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and vandalism after a caller at a First Street establishment reported someone was harassing women.

Janel Louise Gardipee of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on charges of assault and trespass to vehicles and Jacinta Elizabeth Chiefstick of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of aggravated DUI, no vehicle insurance and no driver's license after a Washington Avenue caller reported two people fighting in a minivan Sunday at 10:28 p.m.

Karin Parker Sunchild of Havre, 54, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after Sunchild reported Sunday at 10:56 p.m. from First Street Northeast that a significant other was destroying property and being threatening.

A blue bike was reported found on Second Street West at 5:26 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were asked Friday at 11:48 a.m. to provide assistance in Rudyard.

A Friday 3:16 p.m. report of a tractor hitting a telephone pole near Hingham was referred to another agency.

Tayla Wren Overlie of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Friday at 7:32 p.m.

Larissa Angelique Hawley of Havre, 19, was arrested on vandalism charge after vandalism was reported at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 7:02 p.m.

--

Cody Nault of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a trespass to property charge after a complaint was made by a caller at a Box Elder establishment Saturday at 7:54 p.m.

Tori Jean Snell of Hays, 23, was arrested on three Justice or City court warrants during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 Sunday at 6:58 p.m.

Jeremie Daniel Brandon of Havre, 46, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge and five Justice or City court warrants after a Fifth Avenue North caller reported a family member was intoxicated and yelling Sunday at 7:23 p.m.

Tara Lynn Werk of Hays, 44, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 Sunday at 9:42 p.m.

Thomas Roderick Yallup Jr. of Havre, 41, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 12:14 a.m. today during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to seven calls Friday, four calls Saturday and six calls Sunday.

Firefighters responded Friday to a gas leak reported on First Street West at 1:03 p.m. and a good intent call on Fifth Avenue at 5:30 p.m., and Saturday to a fire alarm reset on the 800 Block of Fourth Street at 12:59 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one 6-week-old and four 7-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four female cats and seven male cats.

The shelter also held five dogs, three 8-week-old puppies and three puppies from 8- to 9-months-old. Additionally, one female 9-week-old puppy and a male dog were being housed off-site.
