A bike was found behind an 11th Avenue church Friday at 10:39 a.m.

Child Protective Services made a report on a case Friday at 11:37 a.m.

Zackary Eagle Sutherland of Havre, 28, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on two Justice or City court warrants, and Chiraine Rozes Smith Windyboy of Havre, 28, was issued a summons on a charge of stop sign violation after a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue at 8:35 a.m. Saturday.

Danielle Marie Coronado of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after after a caller on Second Street told officers at 12:44 p.m. Saturday they changed their mind about pressing charges from a 4:06 a.m. call in which the caller reported an ex-girlfriend came into the house while the caller was sleeping.

A bike was found in the alley off 10th Street between Third and Fourth avenues Saturday at 1:46 p.m.

--

A Fourth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 3:08 p.m. abuse of a juvenile.

--

An abandoned bike was reported at 3:43 p.m. Saturday leaning against a tree on Washington Avenue.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 70, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge while officers assisted with a medical call Saturday at 7:53 p.m. at a First Street establishment.

Acoya Nathan Gopher of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after officers were called to First Street Saturday at 9:59 p.m. to assist with a medical call.

A 16-year-old Box Elder boy was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and a 15-year-old Box Elder boy was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on Fifth Avenue at 2:35 a.m. Sunday.

A theft was reported at a First Street West business Sunday at 3:34 a.m.

Kyle Andrew Surber of Havre, 34, was arrested on five Justice or City court warrants after a Second Street caller reported loud music and yelling at 5:59 a.m. Sunday.

--

A Sunday 10:47 a.m. caller reported that a door had been kicked in at a Third Street rental.

--

A 13-year-old and a 12-year-old, both boys from Havre, were each issued a summons on a charge of trespass to property after a caller reported three juveniles vandalizing an old trailer house on 16th Street West.

Personal items were reported Monday at 3:41 p.m. stolen from a patron at First Street business, but the caller reported later that the items were returned.

A Sixth Street caller reported that a lawn mower was missing Monday at 4:16 p.m.

Lowanda Lynn Arkinson of Box Elder, 50, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a woman was reported stealing from a First Street business Monday at 5:13 p.m.

A caller on First Street reported Monday at 8:33 p.m. that their tires had been slashed for the second time in 24 hours.

--

A 10th Street West caller reported Monday at 8:45 p.m. that their juvenile daughter had been beaten up by a group of juveniles.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An assault was reported at Box Elder School Friday at 1:20 p.m.

Paris Jade Small of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence Saturday at 9:04 a.m. on U.S. Highway 2 West related to a complaint from someone Saturday at 7:37 a.m. on U.S. Highway 87

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported Sunday at 10:43 a.m. at Box Elder School.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, seven calls Saturday, three calls Sunday, and four calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm on the 10 Block of Third Street West at 6:40 p.m. Saturday, but no signs of fire were found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 9-week-old kittens of unknown gender, three female cats and six male cats.

--

The shelter also held seven dogs, three 10-week-old puppies, and six puppies from 8 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, a female 17-week-old puppy, a female 11-week-old puppy and a male dog were being housed off-site.
