Havre Police Department

Gordon James Bacon of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported an intoxicated person passed out in the bathroom Friday at 12:26 p.m.

An officer initiated investigation of a complaint made Friday at 12:58 p.m.

--

Officers investigated a Friday 8 p.m. complaint at the police station of a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

--

Two callers on Lincoln Avenue reported storm drains on Lincoln Avenue were not draining Saturday at 7:32 a.m. and their basements were flooding. Havre Public Works was notified.

--

An 8:59 a.m. Saturday caller reported a man hole cover on U.S. Highway 2 Northeast was leaking water.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a caller on Third Avenue complained Saturday at 9:42 a.m. about a group of intoxicated people.

--

A stolen phone and debit card were reported Saturday at 1:55 p.m. on Third Street.

--

A girl reported at the police station Saturday at 5:09 p.m. getting beaten up on Seventh Avenue.

--

A caller at the hospital asked Saturday at 6:40 and 7:58 p.m. for assistance from city administration with the flooding.

Saturday at 10:39 p.m. a caller reported that window had been broken on 11th Street West.

A broken laptop was reported found alongside the road between Main Street and First Street on 17th Avenue Sunday at 7:48 a.m.

James Jay Allison of Havre, 26, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8 a.m. Sunday.

A Sunday 11:50 a.m. caller at a First Street West business reported that someone had paid with fake money at some point the previous evening.

--

Sunday at 3:29 p.m. a Wilson Avenue caller reported that a package had been stolen off their porch.

--

A written or verbal warning was issued after a two-vehicle crash was reported on Seventh Street Sunday at 6:51 p.m.

--

A 24/7 Sobriety Program violation was reported at the police station Sunday at 8 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Tracy Nichole Todoroff, homeless in Montana, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Friday at 7:10 a.m.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at Fresno Friday at 4:24 p.m.

--

Deputies helped provide traffic control for the Bear Paw Marathon starting at 7:14 a.m. Saturday.

--

A Saturday 7:50 a.m. report of a mudslide affecting the road at Bear Paw Lake dam was referred to Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

--

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at a U.S. Highway 2 West business Saturday at 8:15 a.m.

--

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Saturday at 11:46 a.m. that the sewer was blocked.

--

Jordan G.L. Gardipee of Havre, 34, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of shoplifting and trespass to property after a caller in Box Elder reported seeing Gardipee Saturday at 9:32 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to one call Friday, four calls Saturday, three calls Sunday and one call early this morning.

Firefighters responding to a Saturday 11 a.m. alarm on the 100 Block of 34th Avenue West reset the alarm.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held four female cats, nine male cats and nine kittens between 2 and 11 weeks old.

--

The shelter also held four female dogs, five male dogs and 11 puppies from 9 weeks to 10 months old. Additionally, an 18-week-old puppy, a 12-week-old puppy and a dog were being housed off-site.
