Havre Public Works employees install new stop signs at the intersection of Second Street West and Montana Avenue by North Central Senior Center. The new four-way stop has been a long time coming, as then-Hill County Council on Aging Director Bill Lanier requested the change earlier in the year, along with a more visible crosswalk, to address speeding in the area that put the center's patrons in danger.
