Sean Hisbadhorse of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and endangering the welfare of children, and Isaiah Ross Bigday was arrested on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller on 10th Street West reported that someone was trying to get into the residence at 12:49 a.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a 1:28 a.m. Saturday report that a man who had been kicked out of one First Street establishment came to the caller's establishment and broke some items.

Colin Thomas Silverthorn of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence refused to test, stop sign violation, minor in possession and a traffic crime after a vehicle stop on First Street West at 12:06 a.m. Sunday.

A Monday 3:07 p.m. caller at Fresno Reservoir reported a person on a raft in the middle of lake was yelling for help. The caller phoned back and reported that a boater was going out to help the person.

A 10:41 p.m. Monday report of a vehicle in the ditch near mile marker 372 on U.S. Highway 2 West was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Deputies assisted Havre police Monday at 11:42 p.m. on Ninth Avenue West.

James Tino White of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft from buildings and vandalism after a burglar alarm service reported an activated alarm at a Box Elder establishment at 5:19 a.m. today.
Montana Highway Patrol
Two vehicle crashes with injuries were reported on U.S. Highway 2 West Monday. Troopers responded at 4:51 p.m. to a crash near mile marker 368 and one person was transported to the hospital, and they responded at 10:45 p.m. to a crash reported near mile marker 372. Troopers were not available by print deadline to provide information on either crash.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical technicians responded to six calls Monday and one early this morning.

Firefighters responded with an ambulance to a 4:55 p.m. Monday report of a crash on U.S. Highway 2 West. Havre Fire Chief Nathan Courtnage said one person was transported to the hospital.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the animal shelter held two cats of unknown gender, four female cats, three male cats, a male 16-week-old kitten and a male 8-week-old kitten.

Also this morning the animal shelter held five female mixed-breed dogs, a female German shepherd, a male 22-week-old puppy, five 11-week-old puppies, a male 6-month-old puppy and a female 16-week-old puppy. Additionally, a male dog was being housed off-site.
