Man sentenced to 22 months in prison for assaulting partner

  GREAT FALLS  —  A man who admitted to assaulting a woman on the Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation was sentenced today to 22 months in prison, to be followed by two years of supervised release, U.S. Attorney Jesse Laslovich said.

Titus Lee Pedraza, 40, pleaded guilty in May to assault resulting in substantial bodily injury of a spouse, intimate or dating partner.

Chief U.S. District Judge Brian M. Morris presided.
