Havre girls take sixth at state cross country meet

The HHS cross country teams wrapped up the season with the state meet in Kalispell this past Saturday. The HHS girls team finished sixth while the HHS boys team took eighth in its meet.

After several months of hard work, the Havre High cross country teams wrapped up the season with the Class A State Cross Country Meet in Kalispell this past Saturday. In their most important meet of the season, the HHS girls team placed sixth while the HHS boys team finished eighth.

The HHS girls team finished sixth with 180 total points in the meet. Hardin won the girls meet with 37 total points while Corvallis finished second and Hamilton placed third. In the final meet of the year, several Blue Ponies ran well for the girls team.
