Staff Sgt. Tayler Wise, the recruiting and retention non-commissioned officer for the Montana Army National Guard, left, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 494 Quartermaster Dale Herd cut the ribbon at the Veterans of the Hi-Line Memorial Park dedication Saturday. The well-attended ceremony celebrated the rededication of what used to be US Bank Park, a joint Project of American Legion, VFW and Legion Riders.
