The North Star High School speech and drama team spent a blustery day in Browning Saturday competing against some tough competition.

The tournament saw 18 schools represented from class A, B, and C so a big congratulations goes out to the competitors and placers.

In speech three students made finals: Ecko Fraser took seventh in original oratory, Joshua Campbell placed seventh in humorous oral interpretation and Troy Barrett took fourth in humorous oral interpretation.

In drama, North Star’s dramatic duo of Christin Berton and Aspynn Cramer placed second.
