Havre boys fall at state 

This past Friday in the Class A State Tournament in Butte, the Havre High boys basketball team's season came to an end. In a loser-out game against the Billings Central Rams, the Blue Ponies suffered a 78-68 loss to end the year.

Looking to keep their season alive, the Ponies jumped out to an 8-4 lead to start the game. But the Rams went on an 8-0 run to take a 12-8 lead. The teams exchanged baskets over the next few minutes until the Rams held a 19-16 lead. Kyler Northrop then knocked down a 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Rams a 22-16 lead heading into the second quarter.
