Officers responding to a call at 12:52 a.m. from 10th Avenue issued summonses to Debbie Bakker Latray of Havre, 38, on a charge of endangering the welfare of children and to a 17-year-old girl and a 16-year-old girl, each on charges of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor and juvenile curfew violations.
