Out Our Way: When the thunder rumbles

Out our way, you can see why we call it "the Big Open. When I was in seminary back east, I was claustrophobic as so many buildings and other structures blocked the view. I have shared how a friend was so excited about his apartment in New York City and "the great view" - when all I could see was hundreds of other buildings. Concrete, brick, and some glass - but no sky, trees , birds, or anything but more buildings. Well, I guess I am spoiled, innit?
