Officers making a motor vehicle stop on the 1500 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West at 2:41 p.m. arrested Chancie Jade House of Havre, 33, on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and Nicholas George Lightfoot of Havre, 31, on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on three Justice or City court warrants.

Officers investigated a 4:46 p.m. report from 13th Street that a house had been "ransacked."
