    HELENA, Mont. (AP) — Ryan Zinke of Whitefish has won the Republican nomination for Montana's sole U.S. House seat. The former state senator will go on to face John Lewis, Tuesday's winner of the Democratic primary with John Driscoll. Zinke defeated state Sens. Elsie Arntzen and Matt Rosendale, former state Sen. Corey Stapleton and Drew Turiano. The 52-year-old Zinke raised the most money in the campaign with $1.2 million as of mid-May. But he also spent more than $1 million to win the nomination.     Havre City Council convened Monday to listen to reports from the Havre Fire Department and Parks and Recreation. Chris Inman, director of Parks and Recreation, spoke to the council about the various summer projects the department is putting on. Inman said the public swimming pool will begin offering two-week session swimming lessons and that there are enough lifeguards at the pool to get by, but they could always use more.
