Havre Police Department

During a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 East Friday at 3:01 p.m. an officer arrested a 22-year-old Box Elder woman for driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and criminal contempt.

After a child around 4 years old was reported walking alone down the street near 4h Avenue and 7th Street at 4:05 p.m. Friday, officers issued a summons to a 24-year-od Havre woman for endangering the welfare of children.

A 3rd Street caller reported Friday at 5:40 p.m. a neighbor's house being robbed, responding officers arrested a 20-year-old Have man for burglary of a residence, theft, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, criminal contempt and minor in possession.

Officers provided a civil standby at a 1st Street business Friday at 8:50 p.m.

Officers investigated a vehicle hit-and-run crash reported at 12:54 a.m. Saturday at a 1st Street West establishment.

After a caller at a 1st Street business reported possibly intoxicated people sleeping outside a 1st Street business, officers arrested a 20-year-old Hays woman for criminal contempt and MIP and a 20-year-old Box Elder man on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of MIP.

Officers investigated suspicious activity reported at Northern Montana Hospital Saturday at 1:04 p.m.

Officers investigated a stolen bike reported at 4:20 p.m. Saturday.

After a 6th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 4:33 p.m. a possibly intoxicated woman had pulled down her pants while in the street, officers arrested a 50-year-old Havre woman for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass to vehicles and criminal contempt.

Responding to a complaint called in from 3rd Avenue and 9th Street Saturday at 5:51 p.m. and a related report of a disturbance at 10th Street and 3rd Avenue at 5:35 p.m., officers made two arrests, but no further details were made available.

Officers investigated a scam reported at the police station at 6:36 p.m. Saturday.

Officers investigated a report of a theft at a 1st Street business reported Saturday at 11:03 p.m.

A caller reported at 9:53 a.m. Sunday decorative rocks stolen from a 5th Avenue business, and officers investigated the incident.

Today at 3:13 a.m. officers investigated a report of a theft at a 1st Street West business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report made Friday at 9:37 a.m. of a theft from a purse at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

During a motor vehicle stop Friday at 2:03 p.m. along U.S. Highway 2 West, deputies arrested a 49-year-old Box Elder man on a Justice or City court warrant.

———

Deputies were called to assist another agency on U.S. Highway 2 East Friday at 3:29 p.m.

———

Sunday at 8:58 p.m. deputies were called to a U.S. Highway 2 West business to investigate a report the theft of some pictures.

Emergency medical personnel responded to five medical calls over the weekend.
