    Jury selection is scheduled to continue next month in the trial of a Havre juvenile probation officer charged with raping the mother of one of the juveniles he supervised. Stephen David Mills of Havre, born in 1965, was charged with one count of sexual intercourse without consent in June 2014.     As a part of an initiative to spread safe firearm use, the Havre Police Department is offering safety kits to anyone who wants them. The gun lock is a cable-style lock that runs through the magazine area of the weapon and prevents it from working. The lock comes with a set of keys.     A Box Elder man who was charged with attempted murder has been deemed unfit to stand trial.
