Alice Elaine Hemphill passed away on Nov. 16, 2015, at St. John’s Lutheran memory cottage in Billings, Montana. Alice, affectionately known as “Camie,” was born on Feb. 12, 1922, in Big Timber, Montana, to John and Edith Patterson Cameron. Alice was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Howard; son, John; brother. Donald; and son-in-law, Bryan Dow. The FBI is investigating allegations that a man took a vehicle without permission and ran over its owners while trying to evade them Friday afternoon. The suspect is a 20-year-old Tyler Favel from Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. According to the Sheriff Don Brostrom, a vehicle was taken, unauthorized, from somewhere in Blaine County.
