Tech pulls away from Northern in Butte

The Montana State University-Northern Lights put a first-half scare into the No. 7 Montana Tech Orediggers Saturday afternoon in Butte. But, that's all it turned out to be, as the Orediggers scored 21 unanswered points in the second half to put away the Lights 35-10 in a Frontier Conference clash.

Tech jumped out to a 14-0 lead in just the first four minutes of the game, but, the Lights responded with a Jess Krahn TD pass, trailing 14-7 midway through the first.
