    Northern Montana Care Center reported Wednesday that a staff member at the care center has tested positive with COVID-19. "This person was identified quickly and has been quarantined per the (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines," a release from the care center said.     Work has begun installing a chiller unit in the Hill County Courthouse, which Hill County Building Manager Daryl Anez said should be operational in about two weeks. "Just in time for winter," he said jokingly. The unit was originally meant to be installed back in June, but the pandemic slowed the project down considerably as parts needed for the installation faced significant shipping delays.     Gov. Steve Bullock provided during a press conference Wednesday updates on the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing fire season in Montana.     The Havre/Hill County Preservation Commission recently selected St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church as the model for their 10th annual Christmas Ornament, 100 of which have been made and will be sold at the Havre Area Chamber of Commerce and the St. Jude's Church office.
