On behalf of the Havre City Council's Planning and Development Committee, I encourage local businesses to fill out and return a city of Havre business registration form, which is available at the City Hall, 520 4th St., or online at the city of Havre's website at http://ci.havre.mt.us. Registration is free of charge and takes only a few minutes to complete.

The purpose of this voluntary registration is to gather general information on businesses within city limits — having information on the location, number and type of businesses operating in our community will be advantageous when reviewing the city's current zoning. If the people involved in the decision-making process are aware of where businesses are located, this information can be taken into account when considering future zoning designations.

So please take the time to register your business enterprise. Again, this registration is free and voluntary.
