A 13th Street West caller reported damage to a fence Wednesday at 12:46 p.m.

Thomas Mitchell Koop of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on a state District Court warrant after a caller on 13th Street reported suspicious activity Wednesday at 1:04 p.m.

A stolen vehicle was reported at 1:05 p.m. Wednesday on 10th Avenue.

Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller at a First Street West business reported Wednesday at 2:33 p.m. a man was yelling at people.

A two-vehicle crash was reported on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest at 3:28 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Franklin Troy Caplette of Box Elder, 35, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 11:26 a.m.

A caller at Box Elder School reported a juvenile status offense Wednesday at 2:06 p.m.

Trajon Ramone Gopher of Great Falls, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at the detention center Wednesday at 5:25 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday and three early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held six cats and four kittens of unknown gender, two male and four female cats, and one female kitten.

The shelter also held this morning a male pit bull terrier dog, a female mix-breed 22-week-old puppy, a female mix-breed dog, a male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler mix dog, a mixed breed dog of unlisted gender, a female pit bull terrier-Labrador retriever mix dog, two male mix-breed 6-month-old puppies, a male mix-breed dog and a Labrador retriever of unlisted gender.
