Havre Police Department

Monica Marie Muniz of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after an 11th Street caller reported hearing screaming and yelling Tuesday at 10:18 p.m.

Kim Kristina Johnson of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle after a caller on 10th Street reported a car missing at 12:21 a.m. today.

Terry Gene Sandcrane Jr. of Harlem, 22, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a caller on First Street Northeast reported at 2:14 this morning that an unknown intoxicated man had been in the building and had just left.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's Office dispatch log showed no arrests or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held six female cats, four male cats and three cats of unknown gender.

The shelter also held a male border collie dog, two female 8-month-old mixed-breed puppies, a male corgi dog, a female border collie-corgi cross dog, a female mixed-breed dog and two male mixed-breed dogs.
