Havre Police Department

A Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 7:15 a.m. that a generator was stolen off the back of the caller's camper.

A Havre caller asked Tuesday at 8:55 a.m. to speak with an officer about harassment.

Officers investigated a juvenile harassment incident reported at 3:44 p.m. Tuesday on Boulevard Avenue.

Two summonses were issued after a 4:58 p.m. Tuesday caller at a First Street business reported past thefts. No details on charges were provided.

Elizabeth Rose Lara of Havre, 41, and Roy Jason Lara of Havre, 65, were each issued a summons on a dog at large charge after a 10th Avenue caller reported finding two pit bulls Tuesday at 6:33 p.m.

Claudine Chiefstick of Lodge Pole, 59, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served after a caller reported a person was passed out on a concrete bench in downtown Havre at 7:42 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported a vehicle crash involving a deer on Fifth Avenue Tuesday at 9:28 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Sheriff's office dispatch log reported no arrests, summonses or investigations in the 24-hour reporting period.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two 8-week-old kittens of unknown gender, four female cats and seven male cats.

The shelter also held seven dogs, three 9-week-old puppies, and five puppies from 14 weeks to 9 months old. Additionally, a female 16-week-old puppy, a female 10-week-old puppy and a male dog were being housed off-site.
