  • Shad Huston gets 41 months in prison

    Shad Huston, the former Havre school board president entangled in the Rocky Boy scandal, has been sentenced to 41 months in federal prison. Federal Judge Brian Morris imposed sentence Monday afternoon. He also ordered Huston to pay $500,000 restitution and told Huston to attend alcohol treatment programs. Federal prosecutors asked for 50 months behind bars, while the defense had sought an 18-month sentence. Details in Tuesday’s Havre Daily News....
