    Justin Roland Turner, one of three Havre men who took part in a meth-trafficking ring, was sentenced Tuesday to two years and eight months in prison followed by four months of supervised release. He was ordered to forfeit the money gained from the trafficking. U.S. District Court Judge Brian Morris imposed the sentence Tuesday.     The first Havre Trails 5K Run/Walk will have Havreites and Hi-Liners taking the Bill Baltrusch Trail at whatever pace they feel comfortable. Saturday, registration begins at 9 and the race begins at 10 a.m. The fee for registration is $20 for adults and free for children 12 and under. There will be prizes for those who place high in the race. Sponsors include, but not limited to, Independence Bank and Master Sports.     The Catholic Daughters of the Americas state convention is set to take place Friday and Saturday in Havre. According to the organization’s website, the CDA was founded in 1903.     The Great Northern Fair Board discussed the fairgrounds manager position and this year’s fair entertainment and also picked a new chairperson and vice chairperson at a meeting held Tuesday.
