    Despite the dreary weather, more than 40 runners gathered at Havre High School Saturday morning for the first Graduation Matters 5K Fun Run/Walk, sponsored by the school's Partners Advocating for Student Success team.     The Havre High track teams were optimistic heading into the Central A divisional meet in Belgrade this past weekend. And while neither team came away with a trophy, both put together solid performances and qualified a good number of athletes for the Class A state meet this weekend in Laurel.
