    The Northern Montana Agriculture Research Center will hold its annual Field Day event and dinner Wednesday.     The Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line is a step closer to receiving a grant to rehabilitate its building on 1st Street. The Havre City Council Monday night authorized Mayor Tim Solomon to apply for a grant of up to $425,000 from the Montana Commerce Department.
