Havre Jaycees travelled to a state convention in Lewistown over the weekend with a national vice president of the service organization. Heather Ulrich is one of six vice presidents of U.S. Jaycees and this was her first visit to Montana. Ryan Rominger is a college professor, farmer, and will have his name on the ballot for the first time this November. Rominger is the Democrat running to represent House District 27 in the Montana House of Representatives.
