The Havre Blue Ponies weren't the only local runners racing in last Saturday's Montana State Cross Country Championships. The Harlem Wildcats and Rocky Boy Stars and Morning Stars also took part in the Class B races Saturday at Eagle Falls Golf Course in Great Falls. The Montana State University-Northern cross country teams are nearing the finish line of their first season as an NAIA and Frontier Conference sport. Havre High senior Rachel David made that dream come true last Saturday in Great Falls.
