Have Police Department

A 20-year-old Havre man in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested for criminal contempt and MIP at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday at the police station.

Officers investigated a hit-and-run vehicle crash on Saddle Butte Drive, called in at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday.

A caller at a 1st Avenue agency reported a domestic disturbance Tuesday at 10:57 a.m. and responding officers arrested a 63-year-old Rocky Boy man on a charge of partner or family member assault.

After a domestic disturbance was reported on 3rd Street at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday, officers arrested a 45-year-old Havre woman for partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a gas drive-off at an 11th Street West business Tuesday at 5:22 p.m.

Officers investigated a report made from 5th Street Tuesday at 6:33 p.m. of an assault.

Officers investigated a vehicle theft from Friday night reported at 8:58 p.m. Tuesday at the police station.

Tuesday at 9:57 p.m. officers investigated a hit-and-run vehicle crash at a 1st Street business.

Officers investigated a report that a caller needed an unruly female removed from a Washington Avenue residence Tuesday at 10:39 p.m.

Officers responded to a request for assistance made at 10:57 p.m. Tuesday for help removing several people from a 10th Street West residence.

A caller requested at 1:30 a.m. today assistance finding her daughter who had left the 10th Street West house, and responding officers issued a summons to a 14-year-old girl for juvenile curfew violations.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a request for assistance made at 10:44 a.m. Tuesday at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

A caller reported Tuesday at 3:46 p.m. a break-in at a North Havre charity. Deputies investigated the incident.

Deputies investigated a domestic disturbance reported Tuesday at 4:18 p.m. at a local residence.

———

Deputies served a warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 5:15 p.m ., but no further details were provided on the arrest.
