Hunter Education, orientation, 6 - 7 p.m., MSU-Northern Cowan Hall Room 300. Classes will run May 13-17, 6 - 9 p.m., plus a field day. Sign up at https://fwp.mt.gov, education tab. Literacy Carnival , with Plant a Seed READ enrolling children from birth to 4 years to the Imagination Library, for ages 9 and younger, 9 - 11 a.m., Holiday Village Mall, former Famous Footwear store, with story time, face painting, arts and crafts, ring toss, puppets, photo booth, puppets and more. Soup-N-Bread lunch, noon, Eagles Club, with all-you-can-eat of a variety of soups and breads, $5. Proceeds to support Eagles Aerie and Auxiliary, Legion Riders and Jaycees club charities.

Monday, May 13

Havre Middle School Choir concert, 6 p.m., High School Auditorium. HMS concerts are open to the public, and admission is free.

Havre High School Choir concert, 7:30 p.m., High School Auditorium. HHS concerts are open to the public. Admission is free to activity card holders or $5 to general public.

The North Central Hangar of the Montana Pilots Association monthly meeting, 7:30 p.m., terminal, Havre City-County Airport.

Tuesday, May 14

Burgers and Bingo fundraiser, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m., Bingo starts 6:30 p.m., Eagles Club. Dinner proceeds and some proceeds from bingo, go toward Eagles Club projects.

Tuesday Bingo, 1 - 3 p.m., North Central Senior Center, 2 2nd St. W. Cost is $1/card for the afternoon. Pays 100% of amount paid in. Open to community members 18 and older.

Talk on Tuesdays, noon - 1 p.m. Havre-Hill County Library, to share a favorite book, a recently read book or a story to tell. Feel free to bring a lunch. This program is free and open to the public.

Just Breathe, with relaxing coloring, puzzles, music and refreshments, 4 - 6 p.m., Havre-Hill County Library. This weekly event is free and open to the public.

Wednesday, May 15

Come Play Cribbage, 6 p.m., Elks Lodge, 321 2nd St. The community is invited to come play cribbage every Wednesday. Boards and cards are provided or people can bring their own.

Coffee Club Wednesdays, 10 - 11:30 a.m., North Central Senior Center. Drop-ins and newcomers welcome.

Books and Babies, 10:15 a.m., Havre-Hill County Library. Children aged 0-5 and caregivers are encouraged to attend but all are welcome. This program is free and open to the public.

Storytime, for children 0-5 years, 10:30 a.m., Havre-Hill County Library, with activities to follow. This program is free and open to the public.

Crafternoon, 3:30 p.m., Havre-Hill County Library, for kids 6 and older. This crafting event is free, with all supplies provided.

Havre Trap Club Women’s Trap League begins, 5:30 p.m., Havre Trap Club. All female youth and adult shooters from beginner to advanced are welcome to participate. Assistance is available from experienced members. For info and to preregister, call Emi Smith, 406-945-0054.

Community Share, noon, Havre-Hill County Library, to learn a new skill or watch a demonstration from someone in the community with discussion, questions and answers to follow. Everyone is welcome, and can bring a lunch. This new program is set for the third Monday of each month.
