A man born in 1989 was fined $100 for minor in possession, under the age of 18 at the time cited, first offense.

A man born in 1990 was fined $100 for MIP, under the age of 18 at the time cited, first offense; was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving without a valid driver’s license; was found guilty of displaying fictitious, altered, etc. license plates, no fine or sentence listed; and was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense. In a later case, he was fined $100 for MIP, under 18 when cited, first offense.

Veronica Marie Stiffarm, born in 1959, was fined $200 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for failing to carry proof of insurance in vehicle, second offense, and was fined $30 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Leann Ahenakew, born in 1976, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

James Tino White Jr., born in 1992, was found guilty of MIP, over 18 when cited, second offense, no fine or sentence listed. In a later case, White was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for criminal contempt.

Dana James Stanley, born in 1966, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days credited, for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Stanley was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 129 days suspended and four credited for each of three charges: theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense, resisting arrest, and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Gary S. Waldner, born in 1977, was fined $500, sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for assault, amended from sexual assault.

Brice Allen Bomgardner, born in 1991, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, all days suspended, for negligent endangerment, amended from aggravated driving under the influence.

Vicky Lynn Azure, born in 1960, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. In a later case, Azure was sentenced to 180 days in jail, two days credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense.

Megan Ariel Eagleman, born in 1991, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of three counts of issuing a bad check and was ordered to pay $270 restitution on the case.

John Jerry Allery, born in 1994, was fined $300 for MIP, over 18, third or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for resisting arrest.

Joshua Keith Thayer, born in 1991, was fined $200, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, and given a deferred imposition of sentence for false reports to law enforcement.

Dillon Jon Cornell, born in 1992, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, all days suspended, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, first offense.

Angela Rose Newfield, born in 1963, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct.

Sheldon Joseph Flying, born in 1969, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and 18 credited, for assault. In a later case, Flying was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and 18 credited, for criminal contempt.

Eric Daniel Frickel, born in 1972, was fined $100 for each of two charges: aggressive animals and animals running at large.

Priscilla Rae Strike, born in 1987, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 52 days credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 180 days in jail for criminal contempt.

Justin Girard Schippers, born in 1977, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

DakotaRose Corrina Greshock, born in 1995, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for each of two charges: obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

Miche Claire Fuentez, born in 1992, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 152 days suspended and 28 credited, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense.

In July, Judge Seigel also dealt with 65 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 29 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Another 12 charges were deferred by the prosecutor, six were transferred to a different court and four were voided by the ticketing agency.
