Officers investigated a report from 1st Street Friday at 8:21 a.m. concerning vandalism. An automobile’s windows were shot out.

Officers investigated a report from a U.S. Highway 2 business Friday at 8:26 a.m. concerning vandalism. A truck was vandalized.

Paula Gartner Mclain, 65, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of failing to yield at a stop sign Friday at 11:59 a.m.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia Friday at 12:45 p.m. at Havre High School.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on 3rd Avenue West Friday at 10:32 p.m. It reportedly looked like a hit-and-run.

Keri Kay Lipp, 49, of Havre was arrested Saturday at 12:10 a.m. on charges of assault with a weapon and partner or family member assault.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle accident on Lila Drive Saturday at 1:27 a.m.

Kurt Allan Eagleman, 35, of Hays was arrested Saturday at 1:46 a.m. on charges of disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Officers investigated a report from McKinley Avenue Saturday at 10:54 a.m. concerning suspicious activity. The caller reported that someone was in their house between 1 and 4 a.m.

Archie Joseph Grant, 88, of Havre was arrested Sunday at 10:15 a.m. on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and having no insurance.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle non-injury accident on 2nd Street Sunday at 5:36 p.m.

Officers investigated a report from 17th Street Sunday at 6:29 p.m. concerning burglary.

Michelle Nichole Healy, 22, of Lorado was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and resisting arrest Friday at 5:14 p.m.

Deputies investigated a report from a Highway 2 Westy business Saturday at 10:08 p.m. concerning theft, forgery, and fraud. The caller reported a customer tried to take a television without paying for it.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two calls on Friday, two Saturday and two Sunday.

Firefighters were called to Black River Road Friday at 8:30 p.m. 2500 block. It was a controlled grass fire and was not extinguished.

A girl was born Oct. 24, 2014, to T.C. and Amanda Knutson of Havre.
