Letter to the Editor: Headline in Rocky Boy case was wrong

I read the headline in your Feb. 9 paper. It read: "Rocky Boy embezzler trial scheduled in federal court."

Then you go on to mention a person's name in connection to the trial date.

It is apparent that you have judged this person named in connection to this trial date.

It is apparent that you have judged this person to be an embezzler even before his trial. This seems to be a prejudicial statement that could sway opinion and the jury. You do not have all the facts, and I find this to be irresponsible and unprofessional reporting.
