Officers investigated at 8:44 a.m. Monday a report of sex offenses.

Jayde Ray Azure, 20, of Havre was issued a summons on three counts of endangering the welfare of children and one of criminal contempt after officers investigated a 8:47 a.m. Monday call from 1st Avenue about young kids running around.

Samuel Roastingstick, 45, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer served it to him at 2:12 p.m. Monday on 7th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 4:21 p.m. Monday call from 7th Street about drug paraphernalia that needed to be picked up.

Officers investigated a 6:54 p.m. Monday call from Northern Montana Hospital about drug paraphernalia that needed to be picked up.

Someone was issued a summons after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show at 9:04 p.m. Monday at the police station. No other information was given.

Four people were arrested after officers investigated a 4:01 a.m. call this morning from 1st Avenue West about the calling party’s girlfriend kicking him and trying to leave with their 1-month-old baby.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Leon James Houle, 30, of Box Elder was served a federal warrant at the Hill County Detention Center at 10:16 a.m. Monday.

Michael Lee Alexander, 40, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of assault after deputies investigated a 6:50 p.m. Monday call from U.S. Highway 87 South establishment about a man assaulted.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday.

Firefighters were called to the 1200 Block of 10th Street at 9:10 a.m. Monday to investigate a gas smell in an apartment. They found a leak in a gasket and NorthWestern Energy replaced it.

Firefighters were called to the 1400 Block of 11th Street at 12:21 p.m. Monday to investigate a gas smell at Havre Middle School. Both the fire department and NorthWestern Energy investigated and found nothing.
