Officers investigated a 7:08 a.m. Wednesday call from 14th Avenue about a wallet that was turned in to the calling party the night prior.

Officers investigated an 8:25 a.m. Wednesday call from 3rd Avenue about a 15-year-old who refused to go to school and then took the child to Northern Montana Hospital for evaluation.

Officers responding to a report of a possibly intoxicated juvenile at Havre High School made an arrest, but no further details were provided.

Philip Neri Sayers, 41, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after officers responded to a 9:08 a.m. Wednesday call from Wilson Avenue about the calling party receiving a text message from a friend in Havre about her ex-husband assaulting her.

Kimberly Leeds, 46, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of theft after officers responded to a 9:27 a.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about a shoplifter in custody.

Two people were arrested after officers responded to a 4:55 p.m. Wednesday call to assist another agency at a 1st Street business.

Joshua Ian Beaumont, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct after officers investigated a 9:32 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Street Northeast about a drunk man in an apartment building.

Nicholas Bear, 19, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession and two other arrests were made after officers responded to a 12:51 a.m. call from 1st Street Northeast this morning about an underage party.

Michael Jay Stump, 40, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, stop sign violation, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs, careless driving, failure to notify owner of damage to property/street and another traffic crime after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:20 a.m. on 2nd Street.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 10:37 a.m. Wednesday call from Gildford about a dog bite.

Lynn Marie Parisian, 30, of Box Elder served a Justice or City court warrant and transported from Rocky Boy to Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 6:58 p.m.

Animal Shelter

A male tan and white mix-breed dog was placed in the shelter March 30.

Births

A boy was born to Carissa Minnick and Jerry Yost of Havre April 22, 2015.
