Nicholas Ryan Pyle, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt after officers responded to a 6:04 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about someone passing out.

Cheryl Marie Brown, 40, of Havre was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 3:33 p.m. Tuesday on 7th Avenue, where a group of people were under the viaduct.

Keenan Lewis Doney, 25, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and Lakota Cree Shields, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal contempt and minor in possession after officers responded to a 2:45 a.m. Wednesday call from 3rd Street about a drunk man coming through the calling party’s window, leaving, coming back and was currently in their house.

Officers investigated a 7:53 a.m. Wednesday call from a 2nd Street West business about someone running into the building the night prior.

Officers investigated an 8:32 a.m. Wednesday call from Pepin Park about graffiti.

A two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash was investigated at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday on 2nd Street.

Officers investigated an 11:46 p.m. Wednesday call from Elm Drive about the calling party’s neighbor having a domestic dispute outside.

Casey Dean Jackson, 40, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Northern Montana Hospital at 4:45 a.m. Thursday after officers responded to a call about a drunk man who kept coming into the hospital to see his wife.

Officers investigated a 10:50 a.m. Thursday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a dog bite.

Officers investigated a 12:39 p.m. Thursday call from 1st Street Northeast about a theft.

Someone was arrested after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 4:22 a.m. this morning. No other information was given.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 9:25 a.m. Wednesday call from 6th Street North about a toddler only wearing a diaper walking down the middle of the road.

Renee Jean Denny, 64, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after deputies responded to a 12:30 p.m. Thursday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Kimberly Ann Horseman, 18, of Havre was served four Justice or City court warrants at 3:52 p.m. Thursday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Kelly Rose Bigby, 33, of Fort Belknap was issued a summons on a charge of trespassing after deputies responded to a 6:34 p.m. Thursday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Emergency medical personnel responded to six calls Thursday.
