1. Resolution No. 3709 - A resolution authorizing participation of the City of Havre in the Department of Administration Surplus Property Programs.

2. Ordinance No. 891 - An ordinance amending Title 10, Chapter 6, Section 12, Subsection 1(B), Parking Zone, and Title 10, Chapter 6, Section 12, Subsection 2, Hours of Enforcement, of the Havre City Code

3. Ordinance No. 892 - An ordinance repealing Title 10, Chapter 6, Section 6(C) of the Havre City Code, regarding parking for a period longer than 24 hours.

4. Ordinance No. 893 - An ordinance repealing Title 3, Chapter 4, Section 5(E) of the Havre City Code, utility to provide meters.

5. Consideration of Montana Board of Crime Control grant for misdemeanor probation officer.

6. Montana Aeronautics Grant/loan acceptance for Havre City-County Airport Runway Improvement Project.

7. Presentation from Melinda Barnes concerning Safe and Accessible Streets.

8. City Court presentation concerning monthly reporting, Judge Trust Account and MBCC grant update.

9. Havre Chamber of Commerce request concerning Town Square. 10. approval of July claims and manual warrants.
