An officer responding to a call at 1:22 p.m. Friday from 2nd Street and 7th Avenue reporting a two-vehicle crash issued a summons to Anaysha May Watson, 21, of Havre on charges of failing to yield right of way while exiting a private driveway and criminal contempt.
