Charter outage continues for some

Charter communications representatives say they are aware of a statewide service outage and technicians are investigating and working to restore all services to Montana customers.

A representative in the Sanford, Connecticut office said the outage should only include loss of internet for some as of today.

The representative said an 6:48 a.m. update showed him that the issue was coming from a “headin” building and has affected “a good portion” of Montana customers.

He said he did not have anymore information to provide.
